TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Orders can be placed directly with
Commtech or with any of our sales representatives. In fact,
many of our representatives maintain a local stock in order
to provide fast local delivery. Orders may be placed by
mail, telephone, or sent via fax. Please confirm telephone
orders by a written purchase order. We provide shipping
via Airborne, DHL, Fed Ex, and UPS. Unless specifically
requested otherwise, UPS Ground delivery will be used. Shipping
charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice.
All prices are FOB origin in Wichita, Kansas. Applicable
federal, state, and local taxes are extra and paid by the
buyer. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment
terms are net 30 days with credit approval. For credit
approval,
we request a bank reference and three commercial references.
COD and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express)
orders are also accepted.

Quantity discounts are available
when placed in a single order. Also, OEM/reseller discounts
are available on an order or contract basis. Contact our sales
department for details. |

QUOTATIONS
All quotations made by Commtech are valid for 60
days. |

30 DAY
NO-RISK RETURN POLICY
Simply have your purchasing department
issue an Evaluation Purchase Order. Return of the unit(s)
in original condition and in the same packing box(es) within
30 days will void that P.O. and our invoice. |

RETURNS
To return any product for warranty
repair, out-of-warranty replacement, or any other reason:
Call our Customer Service department
and obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
When
shipping the unit(s), be sure to have that number appear
on the outer label. This will expedite handling of your
return. Ship the unit(s) prepaid. We will pay any return
shipping for warranty repairs.
If you are returning the unit for
out-of-warranty repair or replacement, request your purchasing
department to issue
a
purchase order in the amount that will be quoted to you
by our Customer Service Department. This quote will be
made
after
a repair evaluation has been completed.
If you are returning the product
for credit, a 15% restocking fee may apply. |

REFUNDS
All sales are binding and are subject
to a restocking charge if a return is required. If a product
is returned, the restocking charge is 15% of the value of
the product. Any product returned with irreparable damage
will not be eligible for refund. |

FASTCOM® LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Commtech’s entire FASTCOM® product line is covered by a limited lifetime warranty against defects in workmanship. This warranty is available only to the original purchaser and only covers defects in our workmanship. Any FASTCOM® board that is returned to Commtech will, at the option of Commtech, be repaired or replaced at no charge — except for circumstances excluded by this warranty.
A Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA#) must be obtained from Commtech before a return will be accepted. Please contact us via telephone or email to obtain an RMA #. You are responsible for shipping charges when you return a FASTCOM® board to Commtech. We will pay the shipping charges to send the board back to you, if a defect in workmanship is found. However, if no defect in workmanship is found, or the board is not found to be defective, or any of the following warranty exclusions occur, you will be responsible for shipping charges both ways.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover problems or damage resulting from, but not limited to the following:

Any modification, misuse, abuse, disassembly misapplication, or unauthorized repair by anyone other than Commtech.

Any improper operation, including any use not in accordance with any verbal product instructions or documentation.

Connection to an improper voltage supply or ESD damage.

Any other cause not related to workmanship.
Non-Warranty Repairs
We can provide a quote for non-warranty repairs upon request.
Limitation of Liability
Commtech shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data (whether direct or indirect), or commercial loss for breach of any express or implied warranty on your product even if Commtech has been advised previously of the possibility of such damages. Commtech’s liability, in any case, shall not exceed the original product purchase price. |

NON-REPAIRABLE REPLACEMENT
If any Commtech product is damaged
such that it cannot be repaired, you can return it to Commtech
for replacement under our Non-Repairable Replacement policy
regardless of the cause of damage. Commtech will replace the
unit at 60% of the then-current list price. |
